For Level One, Level Two, and Level Three options, delivery fee is included. If over 20 miles from Goshen or Granger Chief location, an additional $6 per mile will be charged.

If an extra hour of service is needed (beyond included two hours), the additional cost is $25/hr. for each employee needed.
